Bible Seminars from Four Soils Ministry are designed for the purpose of increasing the knowledge, understanding and appreciation of the Bible (Word of God).

HOLY SCRIPTURES (WORD of GOD)

Paul tells Timothy, "You have been taught the holy Scriptures from childhood, and they have given you the wisdom to receive the salvation that comes by trusting in Christ Jesus. All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It straightens us out and teaches us to do what is right. It is God's way of preparing us in every way, fully equipped for every good thing God wants us to do." (2 Tim 3:15-17)

WISE UNTO SALVATION

John says the same thing when he says, "But these are written so that you may believe that Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of God, and that by believing in him you will have life." John (20:31 nlt)

In Romans Paul says,"Yet faith comes from listening (hearing)to this message of good news-the Good News (Word of God) about Christ." (Rom 10:17 nlt)

TRAINING IN RIGHTEOUSNESS

I have hidden your word (Word of God)in my heart, that I might not sin against you. (Ps 119:11)

Your word (Word of God) is a lamp for my feet and a light for my path. (Ps 119:105)

FULLY EQUIPPED FOR GOOD WORK

It is very important that every believer study (work hard) the Word of God.

Paul tells us and Titus, "Work hard so God can approve you. Be a good worker, one who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly explains the Word of Truth."

It is important for man to have a correct understanding of the Word of God.For as he thinks in his heart, so is he. (Proverbs 23:7a nlt)
